It is the users responsibility to review the Terms of Service and be aware of any changes as Mitch Allen Interiors is not responsible for notifying users of any modifications. A consumers use of our website after the change to our Terms of Service is an expressed acknowledgment and acceptance of any changes.

Log Files & Cookies utilizes normal industry standard analytics packages that will gather a set (or limited) amount of information from individuals that visit our website. This occurs automatically and that data is stored anonymously in an offsite server. The data that is collected may contain (but is not limited to) IP addresses, referring pages, IP information, user browser type, operating systems used and date/time stamps of user. This information is purely used for the analysis of website trends and usage so that we may improve our users experiences.

Cookies may be collected and/or stored to provide improved access to our website features for a user on repeat visits. Mitch Allen Interiors does not store any personal or identifiable information of our users in cookies.

By using our website each user is ware that Mitch Allen Interiors uses third party websites via links to provide additional services or as part of our services provided on our website. These third party sites are in no way controlled by, operated by, maintained by or a part of Mitch Allen Interiors. Therefore, we are not liable for any discontinuation or price changes of any products. Mitch Allen Interiors will not modify or adjust the price of a purchased item once the purchase has been completed. Mitch Allen Interiors will not provide price corrections, refunds, or returns, of items at a sale price if the item is purchased outside of the sale timeframe.

Product & Purchasing Information

We may decide to limit the quantity of items purchased by a user and we will use our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Some of our products will have limited quantities and we can not promise that these items will be restocked, therefore it is important to us that users have the opportunity to enjoy our products. We highly discourage the resale of any of our products for personal benefit. If it is brought to our attention that a customer is reselling items from Mitch Allen Interiors we will refuse service to that individual customer and/or their affiliates.

We make every opportunity to accurately display our images through photography and image editing for resolution. However, we do not promise or guarantee the accuracy of our products as displayed on your device screen. Refer to our Return Policy for more information. Due to the possibility of discrepancies we do not guarantee the quality of any items purchased, information displayed, or anything else produced or sold by Mitch Allen Interiors.

Please note that while we utilize third party links for specific aspects of our website and we retain no responsibility for those websites, no electronic storage of data is 100% secure. All emails provided through our site are used for the sole purpose of communication with you. Mitch Allen Interiors retains the right to add you to our mailing lists, the use of or purchase from our store enables us the ability to contact you in the future. Unsubscribing from any list will not prevent you from receiving order information in the future.

Registration is not required by any user in order to utilize our website. We value your personal information and do not think that our products should be exclusive to certain individuals.

In the event that we are required by law to provide your personal information to authorities we will disclose information we understand to be necessary to protect our rights and or comply with any legal jurisdiction proceeding, court order, legal process, or legal authorities.

Errors or Misinformation

On the rare occasion there may be errors and/or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, offers, shipping information, taxes, and/or shipping times/availability. Mitch Allen Interiors reserves all rights to correct these errors at any time without notice to our users. We retain the right to cancel your order at any time due to these inaccuracies. We promise that we will refund or provide a shop credit if your order happens to be cancelled.

In the event that a user violates our Terms of Service we retain the right to permanently restrict their use of our services and deny them the right to use our products under any alias’s. Our Terms of Service and any separate, partial, or previous agreements noted will be governed by and construed in accordance with any law pertaining to such as stated by the State of California.


At Mitch Allen Interiors we pride ourselves on providing an ease of living. We strongly believe in a more simple fulfilling life. We make every effort to respond to all communication whether through social media or email. However, we are not obligated to respond to correspondence and all correspondence received will be retained by Mitch Allen Interiors and used for the sole purposes of Mitch Allen Interiors at our own discretion without permission of the user.


Mitch Allen Interiors focuses on simple living, and while we understand that individuals under the age of 18 may be interested in using our services we retain the right to refuse service and/or to deny an individual access to our products & services who may be under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18 you may use our services without violating our Terms of Service with the assistance or written permission of an adult or legal guardian.

The Perks Loyalty Program

The Perks Loyalty Program is offered as a courtesy program and signup is required in order to receive points. To signup, visit and register a profile (found in the drop down top menu bar of the home page. You can earn points in the following ways: 1. For each $1 spent when purchasing a product → 5 points 2. If you have now subscribed to our site then you can subscribe to the site → 100 points. Points can be redeemed in the following way: 1. 250 points = 10% off for all store products 2. 500 points = 15% off for all store products. In order to use points you must be logged into your account prior to adding products to your cart and checking out. Rewards will not be refunded or applied after purchase, no exceptions. Rewards cannot be cashed out, they are purely points that can be applied to your purchase at

Return Policy

At Mitch Allen Interiors, we want you to love your purchase! If for some reason your items do not work out for your space, we will accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer a refund to the original form of payment for items that are unused and in their original condition. If the item appears used, Mitch Allen Interiors has the right to refuse a return. All initial shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All returned packages must be insured to ensure a safe arrival back to us.

Please be aware, we are unable to accept returns for sale and final clearance items and we do not allow exchanges.

Please email to initiate an online return. All sale and final clearance items cannot be returned or refunded for any reason, we do apologize. If a sale item is damaged during shipping Mitch Allen Interiors retains the right to provide a refund or send a replacement depending on availability. If a purchase/order has been completed, no price adjustments or discounts can be applied after the fact. All discounts can only be applied during checkout and prior to an order being completed.



Items not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Items without an original receipt or order confirmation

  • All Sale & Clearance Items

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

  • If the return request is received after the 14 day grace period


Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 days for items to be packed and sent after the order has been received. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout and will depend on the weight and distance from San Diego, California. Shipping costs are non-refundable, however, please note that orders over $150 ship free.

Mitch Allen Interiors is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed items. Please contact us within 24 hours if your items arrive damaged and we will work with you to resolve the issue. It is not the responsibility of Mitch Allen Interiors to verify shipping addresses. If you, the customer, enter a shipping address incorrectly you will be charged for additional shipping fees if your order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address.

COVID 19 & Shipping Delays

Due to COVID-19, we have been experiencing shipping delays, restocking issues, and delivery date changes. This has also affected our ability to ship pre-order items and items purchased when out of stock.

A large majority of our items are made within the United States, however a significant amount of our items are handmade outside of the United States and because of shipping container and trucking issues we are struggling to keep our items stocked, and delivered on time.

We understand the frustration caused by these delays, but please be assured we are doing everything we can to ship out items immediately upon their arrival. We will always do our best to provide you with the most accurate shipping and delivery information at time of purchase and we truly appreciate all of your patience.
